My Story
I’m Liza Schizas, the heart behind Midlife Flow. My own experience with perimenopause was eye-opening, filled with challenges that I wasn’t prepared for. Like many women, I wasn’t fully aware of the profound shifts happening in my body and how they would affect my energy, mood, and well-being. As I searched for answers, I realized how little support and information was available. I felt compelled to change that.
With a background in rehabilitation, nutrition, and self-care, I’ve spent the last few years studying hormone health, holistic practices, and natural solutions for managing perimenopause symptoms. Midlife Flow was born out of a passion to share what I’ve learned, so no woman has to go through this phase of life feeling alone or confused.
